In the villa you will find all amenities to make your stay comfortable including: - Dedicated High-Speed wifi in every room wifi. - Washing machine - Pool loungers and umbrella - Oven - Microwave - Large Smart TV in the living room - Fridge/freezer - Toaster, Kettle, Rice Cooker - Iron/ironing board - Hairdryer - Bed linens + 2 sets of towels per room - Pool cleaning is also included during your stay with us NOTE: for weekly stays, cleaning is included 1x / week, additional cleaning can be arranged for 2000 baht/time Other things to note ***PLEASE NOTE*** No loud music, party, or disturbances allowed at the villa. Violators subject to 20,000 fine and termination of rental agreement Complimentary cleaning service provided once per week to include replacement of bathroom and pool towels, bottled drinking water, and change of bed sheets •Additional room cleaning is available upon request. Dear guest to make sure your stay is a pleasant experience for you as well for me and my further guest there are a few little rules I have to ask you to regard during your time in this villa : - ❌❌ Please keep the noise down, especially after 21:00 hrs. ***Party is not allowed in the villa if any guests found partying there will be fined 20,000 baht.❌❌ ** Please note : Do not throw any toilet papers or wet wipes in toilet bowl. You will be charged 2,500 baht for repair toilet clogged (cleaning the pipe) • Lose keys and cards will be charged with 3,000baht per set. • Payment is due date before check-out • A refundable security deposit Thai baht only. • Electricity charge is 6 baht per unit (include) • Please turn off the air con the light when you leave the villa • ❌❌Not allow smoking inside the villa any guest found smoking inside the property will be charge at 5,000 baht .❌❌ • Pool maintenance 2 time per week , Every Monday and Thursday • Maid service is included 1 time per week.
