GENERAL BUILDING RULES The tenants can use the facilities between 7am until 10pm. To respect other guests staying in the building, avoid being noisy especially after 9 pm. No objects such as rubbish, cigarette butts are to be thrown or discarded from the balconies or windows. Building juristic/ management may impose fines on such incidents. The tenants must not cause any damage to the common areas, common property, or facilities provided for services. Any damages must be reported to the landlord or who will repair or replace the damaged articles and charge the costs to the tenants responsible.  Smoking cigarettes/ weed, drinking alcohol and eating is not allowed in the common areas of condominium. Any tenants found performing such activities will be fined as per the building regulations. Do not leave shoes, trash or your belongings in the common area or in the corridor. You will be responsible for items left at such places and in some cases, you may be fined as well as per building regulations Do not hang clothes over the balcony.  Pets may not be allowed in a few buildings. Please ask Goldstar staff for clarification before getting pets.  After using the swimming pools please dry yourself, do not use the elevator an the facilities while you wet. Do not throw the tissue paper or any garbage into the toilet. It may clog the toilet and make it unusable.  Do not rent the apartment to anybody else. Legal action will be taken against you if such incidents are found.  If the tenants want to use the Condominium parking lot, please inform the landlord before check in, send photo of the car/ bike and the license plate to register the vehicle in juristic office and get a parking sticker. Use the fire escape stairs only for emergency cases If have any questions about the condo during your staying, you may contact the landlord not the juristic office.  There may be some rules which are specific to the building but may not be listed in the above list. In such cases, please contact the landlord. By signing below you agree that you have read, understood and will follow all the building rules mentioned above during your complete period of stay.
